Wine List

Apple Wine, 12-13.9% abv; a rich blend of about fifteen varieties of apples are pressed for the making of this wine. The nose is dominated by the apple with strong floral tones and hints of honey. This wine is rich with apple flavor that fills the mouth and sits well on the palate with the finish.
Enjoy with chicken, fish, pork, a salad or by itself. Serve chilled.
We offer it in four different styles; dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet.
The Dry Apple Wine won a silver medal at the 2011 GLINTCAP Competition

Blackberry Wine, Table Wine; sun-ripened and hand-picked blackberries are softly pressed for this fruity wine. Blackberries dominate the nose with strong hints of strawberries and blueberries.  It is light-bodied, but full in flavor as the soft press gave way to more of a berry medley flair than a whole blackberry wine.  Enjoy a bottle with a salad, light meal or by itself. Serve slightly chilled.
We offer it in two different styles; semi-sweet and sweet.

Rhubarb Wine, Table Wine; homegrown red rhubarb stalks were plucked, cut and pressed for this wine. The nose is light and floral with a pleasant sweetness accompanied by hints of fresh rhubarb. It is curious in nature as it begins light and delicate and moves into a rich, sweet rhubarb finish. Enjoy a bottle with a salad, light meal or by itself. Serve slightly chilled.

Black Raspberry Honey Wine, Table Wine; sun-ripened, hand-picked black raspberries are lightly pressed and combined with our orchard raised honey for this wine. Raspberry dominates the nose with sweet honey undertones. This wine is complex and creative as it begins as a sweet, delicate black raspberry and gradually moves into a rich berry body and into a semi-dry, honey finish.
Enjoy a bottle with any food or by itself.

Sweet Mead, 12% abv; harvested in late August, our own orchard raised honey is the key ingredient of this wine.  The nose is dominated by the scent of sweet, natural honey, and the body is heavy and rich with a sweet start and a full finish.  Bold from the start, there is nothing delicate about it.
Enjoy a bottle with a meat dish or beside a fire.

Dessert Apple Wine, 16%abv; we took the same blend of apples used in the traditional Apple Wine to press for this wine. Apples and sugary sweetness come together for a strong-scented nose. The wine is complex and full-bodied as it begins with sweet apple and finishes with the unique tartness known only to apples.
It is a perfect finish to any meal. Serve slightly chilled.
